I established Northstate Building Services in 2002. With over fifty years of experience as a builder, I offer a reliable and competitive service to my customers.

I am a Licensed Builder, Building Supervisor, Building Consultant and Pest Inspector, and I have has been a member of the NSW Master Builders Association for more than 40 years. John is an industry leader and utilises current industry training and technology.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, Northstate Building Services has carried out over two thousand inspections. John’s current clients include government agencies, banks, conveyancers and more importantly, vendors and purchasers.

The areas covered by Northstate Building Services include New England and Northwest New South Wales – Armidale, Guyra, Uralla, Inverell, Tenterfield, Glen Innes, Ashford, Deepwater, Emmaville, Bingara, Warialda and Bundarra.

• Pest Management Inspection Certificate 006964-2004
• Graduate Diploma of Applied Science in Building 1999
• Building Supervisors Certificate Q580 – 1972
• Carpenter and Joiner Certificate A67/4595 – 1969
